We offer a free service to people who live in Havering and are over 18 years of age, and who would like help finding a job or a change of career.

Our recruitment advisers can give advice and guidance on all aspects of pre-employment training, including:

• Writing a CV
• Searching for jobs
• Preparing for an interview
• Ongoing one to one support

The service is open Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm. We can be contacted by telephone on 01708 433233 and by email at havering@jobnet.org.uk.

We hold drop in sessions at the Public Advice and Service Centre (PASC) in the Liberty Shoppping Centre, Romford, every Tuesday and Friday 9am - 12 noon.

We also hold sessions at the The Bridge - Over Centre in Harold Hill on Mondays and Tuesdays 1pm - 4pm and on Fridays 1pm - 3pm, and at The Bridge - Over Mardyke in Rainham on Wednesdays 1pm - 4pm.

Both these centres have facilities to help people find a job, including computers, internet access, telephone, photo-coping, fax and weekly newspapers. There is a trained staff member available who can give advice and guidance. Please telephone first to confirm a computer is available.
